Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to get rid of Flash. Follow the instructions at the link from Appleinsider.
No tricky terminal commands needed. You just download the appropriate Flash uninstaller from Adobe.
If you need Flash, consider installing the Google Chrome browser with its sandboxed version of Flash.
